Copen Grand EC by City Developments limited CDL, situated in Tengah Garden District has been awarded to Taurus Properties. The Housing and Development Board (HDB) awarded the site to Taurus Properties SG, a fully owned subsidiary of City Developments under a partnership with MCL Land, after submitting a winning bid of $400,318,000. The site attracted seven offers, including those from CSC Land Group and a joint bid from Sunway Development and Hoi Hup Realty.
