GuocoLand’s ultra-luxury homes Wallich Residence was awarded the World Silver Winner in the Residence (High Rise) category at the 2022 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards. GuocoLand’s fourth victory in the annual award ceremony. FIABCI stands for an acronym for the French abbreviation for International Real Estate Federation, that recognizes the best in the world of real estate.

Copen Grand Tengah Garden Walk set a record land rate and was the first executive condominium (EC) site in Tengah, “the evergreen forest town”, to be sold under the Government Land Sales (GLS) programme.

Dora Chng, general manager (residential) at GuocoLand GuocoLand, says the company is proud of the fact that the development was recognized by an international body such as FIABCI. “Wallich Residence is well-known in the local and international community for its luxury services. What makes it desirable is that it is incredibly exclusive, and at the same time, it’s situated in a prime area and provides residents with great convenience and an array of amenities that are part of an integrated development of world class,” she says.

Wallich Residence includes 181 luxurious homes. It is situated at the highest point of the 290m tall Guoco Tower, GuocoLand’s main integrated development and Singapore’s tallest structure located inside Singapore’s Tanjong Pagar area.

The project made headlines when its 21,109 square feet triplex super penthouse was auctioned off for $73.8 million in the year 2019 in 2019 to British billionaire inventor James Dyson. The development was subsequently featured in the news in the year following in the year that one of four penthouses that was simplex was purchased at $17.5 million, which was the all-time record price of $4,987 per sq ft when it was sold.

Nine contiguous office units located at The Central The Central, an integrated development located at Clarke Quay in the CBD The Central has been put up to be sold via an expressions of interest (EOI) with a suggested cost of $28 million which is $2,965 per square foot in the strata area.

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) awarded the site to Taurus Properties SG, a fully owned subsidiary of City Developments under a partnership with Copen Grand CDL MCL Land.

The buildings cover an overall strata area of 9,441 square feet. They are situated on 17th floor of 25-storey office tower located at The Central that also comprises of a retail platform as well as two SOHO (small office and small office, home offices) towers. The development, located over Clarke Quay MRT Station on the North East Line, was completed in the year 2008.

According to the exclusive marketing agent JLL The units have 360-degree views that are unobstructed from Singapore River, Fort Canning Hill and Raffles Place. Three villa units in Freehold Development Amber Skye which is located on 8 Amber Road just off Tanjong Katong Road in District 15 is available for sale.

Amber Skye is developed of CS Land (formerly known as China Sonangol Land) and OKP Land that was completed in the year 2017. The development has 109 units. They include lofts and one three-, two and four-bedroom apartments.

Copen Grand condominium is target to launch in H22022.

The homes for auction are Amber Skye’s villas that are the development’s most luxurious homes. They are located on the ground floor the three duplex apartments consist of four bedrooms, a Garden Villa spanning 4,628 sq feet, as well as two Grand Villas with six bedrooms, which measure around 5,059 sq ft and 5,177 sq feet respectively.

The villas are connected to a parking space for cars and come with a lift. When comparing the villas with strata-landed homes in regards to dimensions the PropNex’s Chin states that they are ideal for families with multiple generations.

“With freehold rates of less than $2,000 per sq ft on the total floor space The Amber Skye villas are an appealing opportunity to purchase for buyers and investors looking to buy a home within the sought-after District 15 neighborhood,” he adds.

Amber Skye is a brief stroll from the new Tanjong Katong MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line which is scheduled to open in 2024.
